My Qualifications and Experience
BACP Accreditation is not a qualification in itself but an additional undertaking which takes some years to achieve and involves a substantial level of training and experience approved by BACP. Not all those who call themselves counsellors are accredited. When searching for a counsellor BACP Accreditation acts as a kitemark.

I have undertaken additional specialist training in relationship counselling and I am a RELATE Certified Couple and Relationship Counsellor. Relate counsellors have received additional specialist training in couple counselling. It takes two to three years to become a fully qualified Relate counsellor. Not all counsellors are trained in working with couples and it is important to find a counsellor trained in relationship and couple work.
My qualifications include:
Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision
Certificate in Solution Focussed Brief Counselling
Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
