Relationship and Couple Counselling
As a RELATE certified relationship and marital counsellor with over ten years experience you can be confident I have the qualifications and experience to help you. Relate counsellors have received additional specialist training in couple counselling. It takes two to three years to become a fully qualified Relate counsellor. Not all counsellors are trained in working with couples and it is important to find a counsellor trained in relationship and couple work
All sorts of people come for couple or relationship counselling and find it helps them to understand what's going on in their relationships and change things for the better.

In my work with couples I offer a space where both of you can feel heard and understood. I will help you to explore your feelings, values and expectations, and gain assistance with communication and problem solving and look at options and new possibilities.
I will work with you to understand just what's going on for you both and how the problems arose in the first place. We can then look at what each of you can do differently and how to avoid similar problems arising in the future.
